Silent Experience at Le Peschiere

Well not quite silent, but very quiet.

Le Peschiere in Maremma, a large and historic farmhouse at the top of its own hill, close to the Thermal baths of Saturnia, is located at the end of a long private road and is surrounded by woodland. Its grounds include a large garden, an open-air theatre, footpaths and shady areas for the summer. From time to time, it plays host to indoor and outdoor cultural events, seminars and small concerts. It does not have a pool. It does have a piano.

It can serve as a base for exploring the Maremma and the Tuscan coast, but the best way to stay at Le Peschiere is … to stay at Le Peschiere. Come rain or shine, there are many tranquil corners in which to read and relax. We provide all you need for breakfast and you are free to use the kitchens for your meals. We are often at home, so we can eat together sometimes. It’s useful to have a car, but if you book for a reading week we can take you to and from the train. And if you have a dog, bring your dog.
