Any given Sunday This spring, we’ve launched “Sunday at Le Peschiere” in Manciano, Maremma. Every Sunday, the event begins with an aperitivo at 1.00 and lunch at 1.30. At 3.00, there’s the highpoint of the occasion, possibly a concert, but not necessarily.

There's an event every Sunday at Le Peschiere in Maremma at Manciano. Music, books, nature walks, something different every time, but always lunch at 13.00, event at 15.00 and everybody out by 18.00.

Truth is Beauty

The final event of Maremma.TV of 2105 was the Maremma Lecture given by Sergio Rizzo, Editorialist of the Il Corriere della Sera, with the title Truth is Beauty from Keats’ Ode to a Grecian Urn. It took place in the Town Hall of Manciano during an event in memory of Gemma Detti, artist and architect.

Going public

My very first post as the website gets ready for its launch. I’m resident in Italy, but I am not a citizen. This is no great problem, other than for the fact that I cannot stand for public office. Now for the good news … I cannot stand or public office.
