Lapo Simeoni is an artist and the artistic director of the Green Art Maremma project by the Green Future Center Association. He was born in Orbetello in 1979 and lives and works between Berlin, Turin, and Rome. He will speak about the artistic process behind the work. He is also the author of one of the four new monumental murals (each 30 metres x 8 metres) that will be inaugurated on June 7 at the Centro Servizi Le Palme, located at Via De Barberi 108 in Grosseto.

Lapo will talk about his work and the journey shared with the other artists, which included staying in and getting to know the local area. From this process – anything but obvious – emerged works that speak of the ancient civilizations that once inhabited the Maremma, of nature, the present, and the future. They speak of inclusivity, the environment, and unity among peoples.

Lapo Simeoni è artista e direttore artistico del progetto Green Art Maremma dell’ Associazione Green Future Center. E’ nato ad Orbetello nel 1979, vive e lavora tra Berlino, Torino e Roma, ci parlerà del processo artistico che c’è dietro l’opera. E’ anche autore di uno dei quattro nuovi murales monumentali (ognuno 30 metri x 8 metri) che saranno inaugurati al 7 giugno al Centro Servizi Le Palme in via De Barberi 108 a Grosseto.

Lapo parlerà della sua opera e il percorso con gli altri artisti che ha previsto la permanenza e la conoscenza del territorio.
